Highest FG?

I had 3 Stouts in a row finish at 1018 and they all went down the drain.

I remember reading about those, what were their OGs? We're they really sweet and cloying?

1050 and 1048. They were not cloying but too sweet for my taste. Used Pale Ale yeast in my last Stout so finger crossed.
