Hi Everyone, Ive actually posted two threads already, but thought i better put in an introduction, im based in scotland although started homebrewing in New Zealand last year. Was mainly using kits, then started tweaking kits, adding extra bits and pieces etc. Now I have moved back to the UK and after making a cheeky cider on the side, I got all the kit i need for extract brewing on which Ive just started my first brew last week. Its an innis and gunn (original) clone, It seems to be working out well so far so fingers crossed. Any tips or comments are greatly appreciated.

Lots of different challenges here, in NZ the trouble was keeping it cool and here its trying to get the damn thing hot enough to ferment without overheating it. But currently deciding on whether to get an immersion heater or just get a thermostat controller for my heat plate / once have room and money get a brew fridge. Anyways better crack one, speak to you guys soon
