Hi All

I brewed kits years ago. My wife bought me a semi extract kit for Christmas and I have got the bug again. Made my mash tun and boiler and just about ready to start all grain for the first time.
Any tips would be great

Tips ?

Pressure check for leaks before your first brew
Weigh everything out beforehand
Write down times
Post when you do your first brew, with pics, if you run into a problem someone will leap in to help.
Hope for the best
Expect the worst
Take what comes
When you taste your first AG pint the pleasure is :
