New to the forum and just thought I'd say hello. Very inexperienced home brewer here, but I have caught the bug from my old man. I'm Swansea based and have only recently started brewing.

To date I have brewed a a couple of small wine kits, currently brewing a Rioja kit that seems to be bubbling along nicely. I have also purchased a Coopers Mexican Cervesa kit which I may start fermenting this afternoon.

It's now just 6 months old and tastes great, but I couldn't wait so started quaffing at 4 months. TBH not much difference for the extra 2 months. :thumb:
