AFAIK there is no 100% wheat malt extract produced. . . most are 50:50 Wheat:Barley but the Brupaks one is 60:40. . . . I don't think that there are any with a bigger ratio than that . . . mainly because of the difficulty in sparging a 100% wheat malt grist. . . . it's not impossible but a commerical mash tun isn't set up to do it.
