Not yet, have thought about it but never made any traction on it. Now that I'm signed up to this forum I'll browse around and see what's happening around.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
It's each to there own and whatever may float your boat,but what would make it somewhat more interesting is trying to recreate these styles yourself and then trying a comparison visually by pour,colour head retention etc which may then attract a bit more viewing and enhance your knowledge to share with others which may in turn spark an interest for them whether it be drinking,brewing different styles or both.
At the end of the day it's what make's you feel happy about.:thumb:

I must admit, those videos are making my mouth water. And I like the fact you've got the proper glasses for each beer :thumb:

The thing with the **** analogy; if you're feeling randy and the missus is away, you can stick video on and, er... well. And you'll feel better. It's not quite the same thing, but it'll do in a pinch.

If I want a beer, sipping a glass of water while watching a video of Le Trappiste being poured ain't going to make me feel better.

I can see how some might find it appealing . I mean, I'd rather watch a beer being poured than watch half of the other tripe on YouTube. Whilst not the most exciting content, it's better than what a lot of the famous YouTube folks get paid for.

Sorry but i liken it to the 'unboxing' type video's of which there are legions or the 'unwrapping' video's again very many around. I mean come on does anyone really want to watch someone unwrapping kinder eggs for gods sake:nono:,oh yes they do,my grandaughter for one:whistle:. As for the videos, I have to say, I've poured a westvleteren 12 amongst many others and mostly in the actual glass. (I have a few glasses). he..he..

So it doesn't float my boat but that's not to say others may enjoy the experience.

I've always known records as vinyl 33,45,76,singles, EPs or LP's.
