hi im back making the homebrew again after over a year off , got a stout fermenting and a brewferm diabolo coming next any one done this kit it should finsh at 8% :) . so glad iv started up again.

I've done the Diablo, and I must say it is the finest kit beer that I brewed.It is keeping solid to the brew style and it is drinkable at 3 months post-bottling, however, I had left some past the year mark and they were as good as my AG version of this (be it at only 6 weeks in).
Try the Abbey Brewferm kit - that turned out ecceedingly good at 9 months in the bottle. :thumb:
