How was the banana wine? I've been meaning to make some ever since I saw banana wine in a freak brothers mag ... over 30 years ago!

Well, i must say that im quite pleased with myself :) the banana wine came out great, lovely and clear too, (after i filtered it about 6-7 times) but not a hint of banana taste, more like a german wine. :lol: and the kits came good too, im getting quite addicted to brewing !! (not to drink though, as i dont)
