Ey up, decided to get back into winemaking after around 10 years away... I have previously specialised in country wines foraging field and hedgerow. I had a very cool Mum from lincolnshire whose father taught her about homebrewing, she taught me so you could say it runs in the family. I have had many successes using Mum's recipes and C.J.J. Berry's first steps manual and like any homebrewer of worth the occasional disaster....and dreaded secondary ferment after bottling. I am looking forwards to getting to know you all. All the best. Adrian
