Hi,

My name is Clive Kent and I am 71 years young, I have brewed my own beer on and off now for several years, both from kits and full mash. My wife passed away 7 years ago and I lacked the interest to carry on, but having met a new partner and recently having a holiday together which involved me paying �£3-75 for a pint of craft ale (Which was very good) I have now dusted off all my full mash brewing equipment with a determination to reduce that cost to 50 pence a pint.
Having joined this forum I hope to gain experience and also share recipes with other like minded people.

welcome to the forum mate.

sounds like you could do with some starsan and an auto syphon (23 litre type), unless you had these already.
if you have two FVs you could get a kit on the go whilst you plan Ur AG brew. the premium kits are surprisingly good these days. the youngs and festival high on the quality list.
