Hi Guys

I'm Aaron and started home brew about 2 years ago.
Have been playing about with beer kits and making wine but am now getting into mixing it up with kits, beer boosters, spray dried malt, hops and grain.
Not brewing from all grain yet, still learning.
I've got a keg of coopers ginger beer, pale ale, and my own mix.
I'm interested in learning what hops are and there characteristics and the same with malts too.
Any help or a pint in the right direction would be much appreciated.
