Hi all, new member here... Originally from Brazil but living in London for the past few years.
Back home we're used to very light, 45% corn starch horrible beers, so goes without saying how much I love European beer!
My first brew will be a Coopers Wheat Beer, any advice would be appreciated! I've posted a reply to the thread below, please feel free to add your comments there :)
