Hi all,
First post but been reading the forum for a while.
Been brewing about a year and a half. Made the transition to AG around 6 months ago. BIAB brewer on a home-made system.
I have a 50 litre stainless keg which i've convented into a keggle. Electric element installed and a bottom tap. Insulated with leftover underlay - see photo
I also have 1 corny keg and a CO2 system in a cheap brew fridge I picked up for £10.
I normally brew 30 or so litres and then split batch into different beers.
I have the following on at the moment:
Corny - Mandarina Bavaria and Citra American Pale Ale
FV1 - Mandarina Bavaria Smash - cold crashing
Demi-john (small batch) - Cherry Pale Ale - aging until around easter time
Looking forward to connecting with others with the same interests.
