Hello all

I am returning to brewing after a break of over 20 years and things seem to have moved on quite a bit.

I am a real ale enthusiast and member of CAMRA. My previous attempts didn't really live up to commercial standards and I'm hoping to improve a bit with help from the forum.

I am interested in brewing ale, lager and making wine from kits and juice. Currently in the process of buying the equipment.

Appreciate any views about whether I can make decent lager without a brew fridge and if this is the best method of temperature control?

All the best

Cliff

Welcome to the forum

A lot of members use a brew fridge like the one below with a tube heater and Inkbird controller (see sponsor forum for more Inkbird details)
