Hi, I'm Fred from St Albans.
I'm originally from Belgium but moved to the UK now almost 2 years ago.
I used to do a little kit brewing in Belgium, but never thought it as exciting enough to keep me going, so I decided to go all grain in the last few weeks.
I'm mad about international craft beers and great British real ales, I guess my all time favourites are strong porters and stouts.
Since I'm Belgian, I 'have to' like Belgian beer, but to be fair I only like a limited amount of Belgian beers like Rochefort, Straffe Hendrik, Westvleteren, Gageleer, ...
Any brewers from Hertfordshire or surroundings, let's get in touch, I would like to exchange knowledge.
