Hi everyone. Thought i would join at last,been lurking for a year or so.
Started brewing with kits 20+ years ago, wasn't much impressed. Then picked up some wine kits 18 months ago and its all gone a bit mad from there. I've now done tons of beer and wine kits, 8 a.g. brews and this last week started 50l apple wine,15l damson wine and 5l blackberry wine. I've also found an apple tree that's groaning, under the weight of apples,need to speak with the owner. By my rough calculation i guess about another 30-40l of wine. It's going to be a busy autumn.
Thanks to everyone for the huge wealth of information on this forum its making the learning curve a little less steep.
Now, off to find some recipes.
