Hi i'm Jim from Derby,

i've dabbled in Home brew wine in the past but took the plunge & bought a decent fermentation bit & all the relevant bits & bobs to start brewing yesterday, I'm starting by brewing a standard coopers Ozzie laeger & then when I move it onto stage 2 fermentation I"ll then look at start a batch of Ginger beer.
