Hi, the names Dean, just put my first brew on. I bought a coopers kit cos they seem pretty well regarded as a n00b kit. im making lager, the og was 1.036 and its sitting pretty in the utility at 24c.

next 2 lined up are coopers ipa and woodfordes nelsons revenge. if this first one turns out ok anyway!

Hello all, just joined the site also from Hull! Nice to meet you all
Done a few beer kits moved onto extract with some really nice results, im in the process of building a gas fired all grain set up and planting some hops, does anyone else brew all grain in the area? I would really like to watch someone do a brew to pick up some tips and pointers before my first all grain attempt so i dont mess it up! Im sure i will have lots of questions :hmm:
