I have been homebrewing a couple of years. Having had a long time of mixed success brewing in buckets, I changed my process to use a DigiBoil and fermenting in a Kegland All Rounder. Now my beer is consistently very tasty. My banana wine has been less of a success and people seem to get nervous when I break it out. Anyway, happy to have joined the forum and thank you for having me!
