Hi All,
Its been 20 years ish since I brewed any beer (had good results using recipes in the "book Brewing Beers Like Those You Buy" ) I have recently moved to the middle of knowhere (Allenheads in the north pennines) and have have suddenly had the urge to give it another go
the forum is full of great ideas, maybe someday I will set up something like a 3 tier system but for now I am starting with a simple kit to ease me back into it
