Hi,
New brewer here from sunny Donisthorpe and complete novice to this fine hobby.
I was bought a 30 bottle wine making kit for christmas, and must say i really enjoyed the experience of making my own wine, and drinking the results was all the more pleasurable knowing it was the fruits of my labour.
So, i've decided to have a go at making beer too, and after looking at various reviews, have bought a Coopers DIY Microbrewery with the Australian Lager kit. I'm looking forward to getting it started once it arrives and will give an update of my progress. :
