Just a quick post to introduce myself. My name is Geoff and I am based in Ashtead, Surrey. I have brewed some cider before using apples from a tree in my garden (past few years, some more sucessfully than others) with very little understanding of what I was actually doing. Found this forum after a particularly bad year (couple of DJs went off) so signed up to expand my knowledge.
I have a Muntons Gold in the fermentation bucket (been bubbling for a week and a half) which smells great so far but this kit may not be the best after reading the reviews here, see how it goes.
Planning a turbo cider now so gathering the ingredients, will kick off at the weekend. Will probably do a beer or two later..
