I had read the Palmer's book, i think its really good, but i want to know even more things about brewing.
Can u please recomend me some brewing books?

The Graham Wheeler Book, Brew your own British real ale although is more of a recipe book he explains the brewing process in a very clear way. More suited for British brewers than the American books IMO.
