hi after trying moonshine and liking the popcorn aftertaste but not the high % i was wondering if i could make a corn beer /cider/ wine.. whatever it may be called. i was assuming that with the lower % then i may get more taste of the corn which i would love if anyone has any info please feel free to help.
i then got to thinking if i made my corn beer,,,, and added some peanut butter additive for me this would be heaven im not really fussy if no one elce would like it or not and i dont want opinions on what else i should try i have my heart set on trying corn beer and a peanutbutter corn beer and trying to perfect them.
can any one tell me how much corn should be used where to get them also amount of sugar to bring it to around 20%
