I was a regular brewer but due to work commitments a number of house moves I had not brewed for over 10 years
then 13 months ago I was asked to help with a relatives brew when they had fallen ill
and here we are with 51 brews under my belt in the last 13 months
and not a week gone by i haven't been on this forum
so thank you everyone for all your wisdom
 
Welcome. I'm in a similar boat, picking up again after several years off. I'm amazed at how much the technology and knowledge has progressed in that time. A different world in just a few years.

thanks, some of those are allotment wines never to be repeated and a lot of TC brews trying to get the recipe to my taste, even did 8 5L batches that were identical except for the yeast was surprised how much difference that made, only on my 3rd AG brew since getting my Robobrew3 in December
