Well after researching on here this last week or so and finally getting back into home brewing after some 20 years (barring home brew ginger beer) since my last efforts. First effort is now in the bucket awaiting the magic to begin.

Thanks, first kit in over 20 years was a bit of a stab in the dark seeing as I can't quite find any reviews on it, Beerworks Bohemian Blonde Pile. But the sample I was given sold it to me.

Thanks Larry, I guess things are going OK, already bubbling away despite the instructions stating 24-48 hours. But guess the warm weather might be a contributing factor despite being on the kitchen floor. Only concern is the stick on thermometer doesn't seem to work, so unsure of actual temp.

But I've got my fingers crossed things are going OK and next weekend the hops can go in.
