Hi everyone,
Started brewing last summer and have been lurking on forums, soaking up all the great knowledge, thought it was about time to sign up!
I've been brewing stovetop BIAB with 10 x 10l brews under my belt (with some success and some disasters!) and just DIY'd a 33l plastic bucket into a new brew pot so looking forward to moving up to 20l brews.
Got a dry stout fermenting nicely at the moment and planning a rye-ale this weekend.
Looking forward to get involved and chat to people!
