Just a quick intro i used to brew years ago with my father late 70's and knocked out a dj or two since but mostly ive lost the knowledge so looking to get back into brewing. Got a wilko rose 6 bottle kit near ready to bottle and an asda pressed red grape of my own design probably wont work but hey. love the forum
