After about a month of lurking, I thought I'd pop up and say hello. My brother's been brewing for a few years and I'm going over to his place this weekend to have a go at my first brew :)
I've got fairly grand aspirations for my brewing (been looking at some *very* nice 10HL fermenters online!) but one step at a time first I think!
