ok not a 100% what to write but here goes lol, ive made half a dozen 25 liter batches using cider kits and bh tey all turned out ok but like any new hobby once you start you want to learn more so i have just made a ginge beer from a basic recipie i found but with a few tweeks not so sure the tweeks will be a good thing till i try it but nothing ventured nothing gained, but then i found my self with a few questions so after a lot of searching found the answers but then reolised ihad spend a good afternoon wasted because if i joined a forum i could get a (hopefuly) lot more help with my new hobby and thats the reason im here and with a bit of luck i may find some good suppyers in the u.k from some of the uses
