Hi all

I'm new to the forum and to brewing I've had a good look at the forum and everyone seems very helpfully and enthusiastic about brewing but it does seem I have a lot to learn

I've already started my first brews I've got 26l red wine brewing that I put on last Friday (i think its a beaverdale kit) and a st peters ipa that has been brewing for 3 days
