If you don't mind it stronger then leave it, but the yeast will probably enjoy the extra oxygen in the water, and the time will get quicker as you get used to it, four to five hours seems average
Now nearly three days in and the massive 3/4 inches of trub vissable at the bottom off the fv has settled to about an inch. And a nice big kruison on top. The smell of hops when I open my brew fridge is amazing!
Can anybody tell me if an oily film when cooling is normal, I was worried about any oil on the copper wort chiller before I started the brew and gave it a good scrub with starsan.
