Chuntering to a guy at work (he has recently been reinstated after our 3 day week and redundancy period ), I mentioned that I dabble in a drop of HB, told him about you guys on here.He confessed he had been looking to try HB but didnt know where to start.
that was 2 weeks ago.
Had an email this evening from aforementioned chap, he was reporting that his youngs Ubrew Bitter was down to 1010 and was looking forward to bottling a couple of litres and kegging the rest once the readings had settled at 1005 for a couple of days. :cheers:

Had another mail from the Ch'oaf at woik, took in a bottle of Wurzels i had spare.
He and his 'trouble' enjoyed it, and that is to be the next project. :drink:

Well done Q, I keep boring people in work so am thinking of bringing a few handouts to the next staff meeting.

May not convert anyone, should be an interesting meeting ;)

My work pal has brought me a bottle of his first brew!
He has gone full bore, its a in brown glass bottle with a proper cap!
Im still on 2L pet and grolsch bottles! :D But im comfortable with Ghetto at present, substance over style. :D
