Doing a mj gold lager it dosnt say og on box mines is 1040 does that sound ok first brew

If it ferments down to to 1008 your in the ball park,it will be 4.2% think it says 4.4abv what yeast did you use

So it will still be good? Just using he yeast that came with it

Yeah you done a great job by the sounds of it...the spray malt will make it a better beer. Just give it time in the fv...at least a fortnight.

Do it should he around that of just waiting on ot cooling down a degree before yeast

Eh? Yeah...look at the temp for pitching your yeast..

Says 25 its between 24 and 26 I'll hold of on safe side

Around 20 would be better...

Looked at the label and the estimated final gravity and 1040 OG anf 1006 FG looks perfect for 4.4 abv. Go with it.

All done is the first one always this stressful? Got an inkbird set at 23.3 with 1.5 degrees allowance either way sensor taped to vessel with a sponge over top
