Hi,

I am new to brewing and have started a batch of wine. Its a california Connoisseur melot. I am on step two, the wine has been syphoned out after the first fermentation. I'm a bit concerned as it isnt bubbling much. In the first week it was bubbling like crazy but since I started the secondary fermentation its slowed right down... is this normal?!?!

Thanks for your time,

Cheers

Completely normal: you just took out a lot of live yeast.
It may pick up a bit, it may just as likely carry on slowly.

thanks, thought that might be the case but wanted to check.

Cheers!
