Help with steeping!

Hi guys

Im going to have a go at an extract kit, its a converted kit for a spitfire clone.

This kit requires 2 grains to be steeped, both for 30mins at the same temp.

My question is, can I steep both grains at the same time in the same pot, then bring to the boil and add the malts etc?

yes! of course :)

you need to steep them for 30 mins and remove the grains afterwards leaving the wort. try to keep them at the same temp as much as possible by wrapping in blankets etc, the process benefits from accuracy. :thumb:

I will be heating on the stove so may have to pass on the blankets :hmm:

I am going to order the ingredients in the morn I think.
