Help with ODL Lierna regulator

Has anyone had to take one of these apart? It seems a bit more complex than most regs. Scoured the internet yet despite this being a seemingly popular reg I cant find anything.

need to strip and clean it as although brand new it was creeping up pressure when pressure testing dry with empty keg, and not adjusting smoothly/accurately. Removing the front body shows some staining/ ingress of debris possibly from storage or manufacturing process, anyway i cant find a way to remove diaphragm unit to get at the needle. It is more complex than anything similar i can find info on net/ youtube etc.

I have tried blasting a few shots of co2 through it to try and dislodge any debris but to no avail.

Any wisdom much appreciated.

I cannot be of much help in disassembling or servicing, but I am going to ask an obvious question.... why not send it back if it is new? Failing that, why not contact ODL?

Good, I was concerned that whoever sold it to you had refused to deal with it.

If you ever find out how to take these apart and where to get spares please do post it here. I am keen to know in case I have an issue in future.

I know spares are available for the kegland reg - perhaps the fact that no spares are available for the ODL means they never go wrong!?
