I’m new to home brewing and my first 23litre batch of Razorback ipa is almost ready to be kegged and I’ve been advised to cold crash it in the fridge but it’s been in there for about 20 hrs and still can’t get the temperature down low enough so was hoping for some advice. I live on the west coast of Scotland and we’re in the midst of a blistering heatwave so I don’t know if that’s maybe not helping.
