As the title suggests I have some malt and hops that need using up!

I bottled a hefe the other night and I my intention was to put on a pilsner but seen as this will tie up my fridge for the next couple of months i might as well use up what's left first, trouble is I've no idea what I could make out of it!

2.5kg pilsner malt
1kg crystal 60
300g wheat
200g carawheat
250g carapils
Some Vienna and melonoiden (not sure on amounts i need these for the pilsner)
Hop wise
Ekg
Northern brewer
Magnum
Perle
Sazz
A little tett and hallertau
Yeast will be nbs ale yeast

Any help turning this into brew would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Got any brewing software? I browse the recipes section to see if I have left over ingredients I could use for a brew.
Other than the yeast I'd say you could brew a nice belgian brown ale with the pilsner, crystal, carapils, Vienna and a bit of the wheat, nb or magnum for bittering and Perle or tett for aroma and flavour, could you get a belgian ale yeast from your lhbs?

Don't have one, would need to order one on line!

I use beersmith so I'll have a look on there and see if i can come up with something.

I see summer ale here. Pilsner, Vienna, wheat and possibly carapils, goldings for aroma and perhaps dry hop, perle or northern brewer for bittering. 1.042-1.044, 30 ibu and only one hard thing is waiting for summer heat. :D

Summer ale sounds good to me!
I'll stick it into beersmith and see what i can come up with.
