You will probably not get any problems from doing it, the same as some homebrewers probably sell their homebrews to friends, etc without being prosecuted.
The authorities have better things to do/bigger fish to fry I imagine, but that doesn't mean it's legal though.
And if you're going to go ahead with it you should probably not be talking about it in the public domain
