Howdy,
Been brewing batch of coopers Australian ale, been in the airing cupboard for about ten days now. Temp been pretty consistent at low 20's, my hydrometer has a line on it that says do not bottle until line falls into brew. My query is this, will it ever fall below the line as it is set at 1.006? My brew is around 1.010 now and started at 1.040, can I bottle it up now or is there something more sinister going on that needs rectifying?
Thanks in anticipation.
