hi i bought a betterbrew yorkshire bitter kit i made it up with 500g dme and 350g of brewing sugar and made it up to 20l i made it up on fri night and the following monday morn from an sg of 1046 it had dropped to 1013 is it common for a brew to ferment that fast oh the temp was a steady 20 deg is it safe to bottle at these reading or would it be better kegged i dont want it gassy yorkshire bitter should not be too lively i know im from between barnsley and doncaster
