Help needed

Hi everyone, I'm new to all this so very much still learning. I have some beer in a bag bitters and ciders and I have a vitop adaptor so I can connect it to a hand pull. I have acquired a hand pull but I'm unsure what I need now. On the back is the piston with a large screw thread at the bottom, about 3cm in diamete just slightly over an inch, what do I need to buy that screws on the bottom of the piston that allows me to connect 10mm pipe from that to the bag. I've seen a 3/4 cask wing nut with a 3/8 tail in it, is it that simple? I can't see any nuts that say 1 inch etc

Also will the inside of the piston need cleaning? Is it a case of running solution through and if so, any recommendations?

So my cylinder looks like this, but white but doesn't have the tail at the bottom, just a large screw thread with metal valve inside

It would help if you could post up some pictures.

Yes I would strongly cleaning it with proppedr line cleaner if you can get hold of some. Make sure to use propped PPE as it is nasty stuff and rinse the he'll out of it.

Sorry buddy but I can't seem to find anything, it looks quite unusual to me, where did you acquire it? You may be best ringing up the number from the website the first picture was from, they might know what attachment you need
