Hi all, Ive got a water profile of the following:
Ca+2
Mg+2
Na+ 10
Cl- 22
SO4-14
Alkalinity 267
pH1 7.32
I wanted to try using tap water for my next couple brews as I've only used Ashbeck Water from tesco's for all previous brews and wanted to try tap water with adjustments. However I don't know what to add and how much during the brewing process.
I know I need to add a camden tablet (1/2 per 20L) during the boil but I would like to know what else I need to add to get a base for an IPA and saison. I've tried to read up on the subject and I kind of got lost and abit confused actually what to do.
