Evening all,
I started brewing a St Peter's IPA kit on Sunday as my first ever brew.
It has been almost 48 hours now and I am seeing no air bubbles in the air lock - I have done absolutely everything by the book and struggling to figure out why there are no air bubbles - can anyone please help with this?
I have just opened the FV slightly and it has white foam on the top of the liquid with what I assume is yeast on top and it is starting to smell more like beer.
Can anyone please help with this?
Thank you.
