Help/Inspiration/Recipe needed please

Hi guys, I need your help. I've got 2x1litres of apple juice, 1x1litre Orange Juice, 1x1litre pineapple juice. 1or2kg of sugar, pectolase, yeast nutrient, orange wine yeast, cider yeast and general purpose wine yeast. Plus all the brewing equipment. Demijohns etc. Ideally I would love to make 2 brews in 5litre demijohns but I've no idea on what I can make with the above ingredients.
Can anyone help with some good recipes please?

800g sugar.

Tannin - Black tea made with 3 teabags in a mug

Pectolace

Nutrient

Wine yeast

Same as above (you'll have to get another litre of apple juice)

Use the orange juice instead of the pineapple.

Sounds good, will this be a wine or can it be carbonated? Do I add a tea for tannin? Thanks

I forgot the tannin i have added it to the above.

You can carbonate but then you are looking at bottles that will take pressure and caps that will not blow out under pressure etc, i would stick to non carbonated for ease.
