My name is Mark thanks for accepting me in to the forum, I am a novice brewer looking to improve up to now I have only done extract brews from kits, I need some advice, many thanks

I have recently purchased an American IPA kit and would like to replace the brewing sugar included in the kit with Mangrove Jack no 2 beer enhancer the issue is how much should I use, the sugar I want to replace is 60gms

Brew enhancer is 50/50 sugar and malt extract, use it as a direct replacement for sugar in recipes so 600g in your case. Will make a better beer than just sugar.
Thank you, does it matter that the beer enhancer is in liquid form much like an extract

Go for mashing rather than using kits would be my advice. If you can cook, you can brew this way and the results are, in my opinion and those who drink my beers, far superior.

that's my intention eventually, it's a learning curve. probably try part grain kits after a few more extract kits.
