I thought I should introduce myself - I've been lurking and learning here for the last few weeks. I'm really grateful for all the experienced insight (and humour!).
I am located in north Wales and have, over the years brewed a few kit beers, which were generally unsatisfactory. More recently I've purchased a Femzilla and have brewed a Tiny Rebel Cwtch which is due for kegging on Sunday. I'll let you know how it turns out!
Apart from my renewed interest in brewing, I also make cheese (periodically), sausages and love a long slow BBQ.
