Hi I am from Ireland and have 2 gallons of wow on the go at the min one with red grape juice and one with white .Has anyone tried the red one before? I also have 5 gallon of apple and plum on the go as well made with 24 kg of apples and 3kg of plums topped up with 2 ltrs apple juice. Wait i just remembered i also have 23 ltrs of a wine kit on the brew also it is looking like a happy christmas.

Hope to get a few tips off you all only started making homebrew around the end of Feb bottled my first wine on 17 March (St Patricks day) worked that one out well.
