Hello again
Sorry I have another question, once my wow is ready for bottling I will store them in used wine bottles but is there any reason not to filter it into a spare DJ? Also what can I store my 34 pints of Winter Warmer in? I do not have a keg or beer bottles? I am not expecting it to last beyond xmas.
Sorry for all the dumb questions

You can filter the WOW to a clean DJ and leave it for a while, but the jar should be topped up to the base of the neck and still under airlock. If you start drinking it from the DJ you should bottle the rest within a day or two or it will start to oxidise.

Your Winter Warmer must be kegged or bottled or you won't get any carbonation and will be lucky if it's any good beyond bonfire night, let alone Christmas. Screw-topped plastic bottles can be used, cola bottles, mixer bottles, or the supermarket ‘value’ 2 litre sparkling water bottles are only around 20p. If using clear bottles, store them in the dark.

Thank you Moley
Supermarket plastic bottles it will be then until I build a collection or glass bottles.
I will bottle the wow into wine bottles as I have a growing collection of empty bottles already
